OS 4.3/5 : Is it worth the long wait?

Spoken to a friend from Switzerland, Kevan, and he told me that the much awaited OS is nothing more than just a face lift. Not worth the waiting time all this while. He tried the beta version and it wasn't that imppresive enough to blow your eyes out. Ability to do video recording - that's standard in almost all recent mobile devices. Come on, RIM! Kevan concluded that RIM is becoming more like Nokia. RIMOKIA, I said.
